220 grams of organic granulated sugar
12 tablespoons organic butter
½ tablespoon salt
1 organic egg
1 spoon water
1 spoon organic vanilla extract
180 grams of flour
64 grams organic cocoa
First mix the sugar, butter and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, water and vanilla. Once well mixed, add the flour and cocoa to this mixture.
Combine the two mixtures and knead a homogeneous butter. Then place it in the freezer for an hour. Then roll out the dough, cut it into your desired shape, place the biscuits on a baking sheet in a baking pan and bake until done.
